Kyriakos Karatsis holds a Masters in International Commercial Law (LL.M - 2009) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB - 2008). In 2010 he was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association. He commenced his traineeship in 2009 at N. Pirilides & Associates LLC and in 2010 he joined the aforesaid law firm as an associate lawyer in the litigation department. He is a partner in N. Pirilides & Associates LLC since 2016 and currently the Head of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department.
Kyriakos has notable expertise in Corporate and Commercial Litigation matters, of a challenging complex nature. He has gained particular exposure in interlocutory applications for injunctions in the context of shareholders’ disputes, civil fraud claims, contractual disputes and breaches of fiduciary duties as well as insolvency proceedings. Kyriakos’ early steps in the field consisted of all aspects of civil litigation, including Banking, Torts, Family Law and a variety of Private Client matters.
